Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Review invoices for documentation, general ledger coding, tax implications, and approvals
• record invoices, credit memos, and payment requests
• work with sites and vendors to resolve open invoices
• reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies
• prioritize invoice processing
• handle GRNI and purchase-order and non-purchase-order invoices
• manage vendor accounts, matching exceptions, reconciliations, aging cleanup, and backlog reduction.
