What you'll do

• Assist the Shift Miller with monitoring ingredients, equipment, processing, and product quality
• identify wheat varieties and produce to customer specifications
• inspect and maintain milling equipment
• troubleshoot mill issues
• clean and lubricate equipment
• ensure finished products are weighed, mixed, and transferred to load out on schedule
• conduct laboratory analyses and record results.
