What you'll do

• Manage meal banks and enter meal information into internal systems
• organize research and development documentation, including cost and nutritional limitations
• review menus for accuracy and coordinate updates
• analyze meal and menu KPIs and conduct ad hoc analyses
• build tools and dashboards
• support weekly sampling and provide feedback to chefs
• review customer ratings and comments and help facilitate proposed menu changes.
