The associate builds customer relationships, maintains product knowledge, supports merchandising and inventory tasks, and helps keep the sales floor organized and appealing.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations
• use effective selling techniques
• maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and Western and workwear trends
• assist with product selection, special orders, and locating merchandise
• stock and recover displays
• complete housekeeping tasks
• support merchandising updates, price changes, and inventory projects
• report safety and security concerns.
