This role involves providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8-13 students in an on-campus home, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. Couples will reside in student homes and manage household routines, drive students, and lead activities.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
