What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management
• verify credentials, issue visitor passes, maintain entry records, and direct authorized individuals
• respond to access incidents and alarms and document activity
• patrol interior and exterior areas
• maintain activity reports and visitor logs
• communicate with building occupants, vendors, and emergency responders.
