What you'll do

• Assess new patients within eight hours of admission, initiate treatment plans, provide ordered nursing care and scheduled group treatments, screen patients for inpatient clinical appropriateness, obtain admission orders from attending physicians, collaborate with treating physicians and other disciplines on care and treatment revisions, manage medication administration and expired medication handling, and report medication administration errors promptly.
