The Registered Nurse (RN), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) role is onsite in Lubbock, TX. Compensation is $54.88–$58.88 per hour. This six-month contract supports a children’s hospital and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with a Level IV NICU. The RN provides neonatal intensive care in a high-acuity setting, with a stated patient ratio of 1:2–4, and may float between units as required. The role requires at least two years of NICU experience and includes night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., weekend shifts, and block scheduling as required.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in the NICU

• work six weekend shifts per six-week period, with variable self-scheduling. Minimum two years of NICU experience is required
• Level III NICU experience is preferred. On-call is not required.

Why this role
