Human Resources Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, and interviews
• prepare offer letters and support onboarding and orientation
• assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries
• coordinate and track training
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• respond to employee questions and escalate as appropriate
• track attendance and coordinate timekeeping and payroll data
• support site investigations and disciplinary processes
• apply HR policies and documentation requirements.
