Medical Scribe

What you'll do

• Transcribe and document patient history, examinations, procedures, and treatment plans

• collaborate with providers and healthcare team members during patient encounters
• protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and applicable privacy requirements
• clarify missing or unclear documentation
• manage time and prioritize work to complete records promptly.
