What you'll do

• Wash dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, equipment, and displays
• operate dishwashing machines and compartment or industrial sinks
• clean kitchens, floors, walk-in coolers, and freezers
• empty trash
• clean and sanitize work areas and dishwashing equipment
• maintain food racks, storage areas, receiving docks, loading areas, and chemical storage rooms
• restock dishes and utensils
• follow safety and food-product procedures
• assist cooks and prep cooks with simple tasks based on business needs
• complete required training and follow applicable policies and gaming regulations.
