The Senior Trader is an onsite, full-time role in Independence, OH, with a stated annual salary range of $62,000–$77,500. The position supports the Investment Operations team and works with advisors, portfolio managers, service providers, and other traders. The role executes and reconciles trades, maintains and rebalances portfolios, and supports account cash needs and model changes. It also monitors trading workflows and discrepancies to help ensure accurate, efficient operations and compliance with risk practices.

What you'll do

• Execute, allocate, and reconcile trades

• resolve complex trading and operations issues
• monitor workflow accuracy and discrepancies across custodians, trading platforms, and accounting systems.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and at least five years of trade desk and securities operations experience. Portfolio accounting and trading systems experience is preferred.
