Pulmonary Medical Scribe – Part-Time Hybrid

What you'll do

• Accompany the pulmonary provider during in-person clinic visits and document histories, exam findings, and treatment plans
• provide virtual scribing for visits and consultations with rehabilitation-facility patients
• prepare charts by reviewing histories, labs, imaging, and prior notes
• complete accurate and timely EHR documentation
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
• communicate with clinical staff, facility teams, and providers.
