What you'll do

• Manage engineering team performance, hiring, onboarding, and development
• set architecture standards and lead design reviews
• oversee uptime, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and remediation
• coordinate distributed engineering groups and documentation
• support project intake and Agile/Scrum delivery
• work with the TPM lead on sprint planning, grooming, and reviews
• participate in technology budgeting, monitor spend, and manage vendors and contractors.
