Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

What you'll do

• Enter approved vendor bills within 48 hours and verify coding and documentation
• maintain accounts payable records and monitor aging
• prepare weekly payment batches for approval
• collect W-9s and maintain vendor files
• record company credit-card transactions and follow up on missing receipts
• maintain audit-ready records.
