Accounting Manager

Specialty Machinery is a privately held, family-owned CNC reseller building toward a scalable future. The role will serve as the Acumatica subject matter expert during the company’s planned accounting-system conversion, own the accounting function, and guide two part-time AR and AP specialists. It also offers a path to develop into FP&A and broader financial responsibilities as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Bring practical, day-to-day Acumatica experience
• support the planned Q1 conversion from QuickBooks to Acumatica
• handle accounting transactions including invoices, payments, purchase orders, journal entries, payroll, inventory, and time and expense reporting
• guide two experienced part-time AR and AP specialists
• develop the accounting function and contribute to future FP&A and broader financial work.
