The RN provides nursing care in an acute-care medical/surgical setting, supporting patients on a 32-bed unit that includes step-down and telemetry beds. The assignment requires an active California RN license, BLS, ACLS, and EPIC experience; PALS is optional for the first contract and required if the traveler extends into additional contracts.

What you'll do

• Provide registered nursing care in the Med/Surg Acute 1 department
• work 12-hour day shifts from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• participate in required weekend rotation
• use EPIC
• meet the active California RN license, BLS, and ACLS requirements. Call may be required depending on census. PALS is optional for the first contract and must be obtained for additional contract extensions.
