What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Veterans Housing Program
• maintain a caseload of 15 Veteran residents
• complete program intakes, assessments, and individualized service plans
• coordinate admissions and discharges with VA partners
• provide coaching and support to Program Safety Monitors
• connect Veterans to housing, income, and healthcare resources
• maintain accurate client files and program documentation.
