What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs to support treatment fidelity
• oversee program quality and compliance with BACB, state, and insurance guidelines
• lead staff training, performance reviews, and clinical meetings
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
• monitor and analyze clinical data
• uphold BACB ethical and professional standards and state regulations.
