• track client initiatives, tickets, projects, budgets, and forecasts
• lead quarterly business reviews
• document client interactions in the CRM
• coordinate onboarding with infrastructure teams
• respond to escalated technical questions
• facilitate user training
• assist with quotes, vendor management, and service agreements.
