What you'll do

• Assist clients with daily living activities, recreation, meetings, and appointments
• orient new clients
• support recovery activities and communicate observations
• facilitate or co-facilitate groups under supervision
• respond to crises and escalate appropriately
• monitor safety and program compliance
• conduct vital signs, drug screens, breathalyzer tests, and safety checks per protocol
• support medication monitoring per site policy
• document progress and incidents
• assist with facility operations
• transport clients to appointments and approved community activities.
