What you'll do

• Monitor swimmers and enforce pool rules
• prevent incidents through proactive scanning and clear communication
• respond to emergencies with rescues, first aid, and CPR as needed
• complete routine safety checks and maintain rescue equipment readiness
• pass pre-employment lifeguarding skills and knowledge testing.
