Automotive Technician – A or B Level

The Automotive Technician – A or B Level is an onsite, full-time role in Columbus, NE, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Pay is $40–$55 per flat-rate hour for A-level technicians and $35–$43 per flat-rate hour for B-level technicians, based on experience. Promotive is recruiting for an established automotive repair facility that has operated for more than 23 years. The technician diagnoses and repairs vehicles, performs maintenance and digital vehicle inspections, and contributes to quality workmanship and customer service. A-level technicians handle advanced diagnostics and repairs from diagnosis through completion; B-level technicians perform general repairs and basic diagnostics.

What you'll do

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• perform general automotive repair and maintenance
• complete Digital Vehicle Inspections using Tekmetric
• maintain quality and productivity
• keep a clean, organized, safe work area
• work with the team to provide a strong customer experience.
