What you'll do

• Inspect and appraise vehicle damage
• estimate repair costs for parts, supplies, and labor
• calculate customer payments and deductibles
• coordinate estimates with insurance companies and adjusters
• explain estimates and expected vehicle return timing to customers
• spot-check completed repairs
• and prepare final invoices against approved estimates.
