What you'll do

• Perform management functions including hiring, discipline, and evaluation
• facilitate meetings about resident care
• manage the unit to maintain quality of care
• support nursing staff recruitment, retention, development, and continuing education
• contact physicians as needed
• review staffing and census and reassign personnel when necessary
• monitor clinical operations and resident conditions
• obtain medications, supplies, and records
• assist with staff orientation and skills support.

Why this role
