Industrial Maintenance Technician — Night Shift

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Miami, FL, on a 7 p.m.–7 a.m. 3/2/2/3 schedule, with compensation of $25–$40 per hour depending on experience. The role supports manufacturing facility operations during night hours. The technician maintains and repairs production equipment and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to help keep operations running reliably. The work also includes identifying process improvements, supporting equipment installations, and maintaining safety and maintenance records.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
• install, maintain, and repair electrical controls
• maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• read electrical schematics
• assist with equipment installation
• perform welding and fabrication as required
• maintain logs and spare-parts inventory
• follow safety requirements and participate in continuous improvement.
