What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Test Engineers
• set technical priorities and project timelines
• define test strategies and standards
• oversee PCBA functional, in-circuit, and flying-probe test solutions
• guide test-program, fixture, procedure, and methodology development
• partner with NPI, manufacturing engineering, quality, design engineering, and program management
• troubleshoot test failures and yield issues
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• improve first-pass yield, coverage, cycle time, false failures, and retest rates
• analyze test data
• standardize documentation and validation procedures
• collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.
