Land Development Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage land-development phases, schedules, budgets, costs, pay applications, and change orders
• oversee grading, erosion control, utilities, paving, and site infrastructure
• coordinate engineers, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and municipalities
• manage permits, inspections, and approvals
• monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• resolve risks and schedule impacts
• report project status to leadership.
