What you'll do

  • Maintain a courthouse presence to meet newly referred individuals and liaise with legal parties and the program
  • orient participants to program and agency services
  • accompany participants to provider sites
  • co-facilitate group activities
  • assist with outreach and case manager screening, assessment, and monitoring
  • conduct follow-up and reminders to address barriers and support retention
  • attend required training, supervision, and team meetings
  • complete program documentation. May participate in weekly conferences with court personnel, RCDA, and defense attorneys.
