• Identify and diagnose insects, weeds, fungus conditions, and pest-prone areas
• explain diagnoses and prescribed services to customers
• monitor plant health and fertilization results and communicate progress
• operate and maintain a truck and sprayer
• perform fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs, and lawns using spray and injection tools.
