Residential Training Specialist

Job overview

The Residential Training Specialist works onsite in Douglasville, GA. Compensation is $14–$17 per hour. The role provides individualized daily-living support and training to consumers through the individual service plan.

What you'll do

• Train and support daily living skills, including hygiene, health care, safety, communication, mobility, financial and home management, and leisure activities
• assist with bathing, transfers, dressing, medication reminders, and eating
• participate in assessments and service-plan tracking
• accompany individuals to medical, therapy, shopping, recreation, and community visits
• provide transportation
• maintain required paperwork
• communicate progress and concerns to leadership.
