General Labor - Billboard Installation Technician

Job overview

The General Laborer is an onsite role based in Rocky Mount, NC. The pay range is $20 - $21/hr, and the role supports the operations team at Lamar Advertising Company. This role exists to install and maintain billboards, including the installation of advertisements, maintenance of structures, and the construction and upkeep of billboard cosmetics. The laborer works to bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life.

What you'll do

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls
• Cut and prepare flexes and vinyls for installation
• Build and install extensions
• Cut brush/weeds
• Conduct storm damage repairs and minor electrical repairs
• Maintain a clean workshop area
• Use power/manual tools
• Attend safety meetings
• Maintain operation vehicles and tools
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.
