What you'll do

• Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, individuals, and families
• assess strengths, needs, concerns, and goals
• develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• support skills in emotional regulation, independence, decision-making, communication, coping, and relationships
• respond to safety and clinical risk concerns under applicable requirements
• collaborate with care teams
• provide crisis or emergency clinical support when required
• complete clinical documentation
• participate in meetings, supervision, training, and professional development.
