What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation as outlined in care plans. Promote a safe and comfortable home environment
• observe and report changes in client condition
• document services
• communicate with supervisors, clients, and families
• and follow infection-prevention, safety, privacy, and agency procedures.
