What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and serve three meals and snacks according to established menus and schedules
• complete advance food preparation as directed
• use kitchen appliances and utensils safely
• follow food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
• store food properly
• clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces and reset the dining room
• comply with state regulations and licensure standards
• report unsafe conditions, equipment problems, and resident concerns
• maintain resident confidentiality.
