Assistant Project Manager

What you'll do

• Set up project tools and coordinate project planning
• track contracts and purchase orders
• review shop drawings and submittals
• request insurance and warranty certificates
• liaise with subcontractors
• assist with schedules and coordination meetings
• support project closeout and billings
• assist with the project Safety Plan
• analyze business and contractual terms
• develop relationships with clients, design teams, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
