What you'll do

• Complete nightly audits and reports
• reconcile revenue, post charges, and balance cashiering reports
• greet guests, manage reservations, process check-ins, check-outs, and payments
• respond to guest requests and complaints
• conduct security walkthroughs and follow emergency procedures
• answer phones and emails, maintain logbooks, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and prepare deposits as required.
