What you'll do

• Prioritize employee safety and PPE compliance
• ensure part quality and address nonconformities
• monitor production plans and organize work to meet targets
• manage team attendance and coordinate with Human Resources
• monitor materials, labor, and OEE data
• identify problems and corrective actions
• minimize scrap
• support team training
• maintain operational procedures and documentation
• conduct employee meetings
• maintain cleanliness and equipment
• report process, quality, safety, or environmental deviations
• ensure proper waste segregation
• coordinate with Production Planning and Sales on IAM production needs.

Why this role
