What you'll do

• Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and walk-up requests
• troubleshoot computers, software, printers, networks, and applications
• install and maintain Windows and Microsoft 365
• manage user accounts and equipment inventory
• document resolutions
• support onboarding, conference room technology, and cybersecurity practices
• participate in after-hours support rotations as needed
• travel between organizational locations when required.
