What you'll do

• Set up and operate machines
• use Vericut or similar software for tool-path simulations
• verify first-piece parts against prints and inspection plans
• conduct and document in-process inspections
• collaborate with Engineering on process improvements, troubleshooting, quotes, and process development
• perform machine maintenance and minor repairs
• mentor and train other machinists.
