What you'll do

• Lead daily operations across a multi-unit foodservice location
• manage the assigned annual budget and food, beverage, and labor costs
• maintain client and customer relationships
• manage exempt and non-exempt employees
• ensure compliance with government and agency standards
• complete inventory and cash reports
• manage inventory in line with profit-and-loss accountability
• oversee weekly accounting and system entries
• conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
