Substance Abuse Counselor

The Substance Abuse Counselor role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with compensation of $19.50–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20–25 beneficiaries with biweekly appointments and crisis counseling as needed
• document sessions within 24 hours
• maintain beneficiary files
• conduct scheduled counseling, education, and Bible or prayer groups
• operate compliance screening equipment as required
• participate in staff meetings and intakes
• provide referrals when applicants are not appropriate for admission.
