What you'll do

• Establish and execute admissions and enrollment procedures
• train, supervise, evaluate, and coach Admissions Counselors and the admissions Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
• verify applicants meet requirements and issue acceptance letters
• prepare orientation manuals and coordinate new student orientation
• audit student files
• develop relationships with other institutions
• organize recruiting and community events
• make hiring and termination decisions in the admissions department.
