The Chick-fil-A Service Director (Hospitality) role is onsite in State College, PA. Pay is $65,000–$75,000 per year. At Chick-fil-A Happy Valley, the role supports the restaurant’s vision of ensuring every guest feels cared for through gratitude, excellence, and purpose. The director leads front-of-house service and a team of more than 50 team members and leaders, develops future leaders, and drives guest satisfaction, order accuracy, and operational execution. The role contributes to sales growth, profitability, and the restaurant’s long-term objectives while maintaining a safe work environment.

What you'll do

• Create a culture of hospitality and service excellence
• drive guest satisfaction, order accuracy, check average, and operational execution
• recruit, coach, and develop future leaders

• partner with the Director Team on sales growth, profitability, and business objectives
• execute strategic initiatives
