What you'll do

• Inspect the property daily and report service issues
• perform basic mechanical, electrical, and grounds maintenance
• schedule and monitor vendors
• maintain common areas and the work-order database
• keep property, flower beds, parking areas, and common areas free of debris
• inspect and maintain the pool
• perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs
• report safety issues and schedule annual roof, storm drain, elevator, and fire safety inspections.
