What you'll do

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, job analysis, and job descriptions
• lead experienced-professional recruiting and collaborate on campus recruiting
• oversee performance reviews and employee development
• advise leaders and employees on policies, total rewards, employee relations, and separations
• administer onboarding and orientation with partner departments
• implement policies and support employment compliance
• maintain confidential personnel records
• manage offboarding and exit interviews
• collaborate on HR process and service improvements.
