What you'll do

• Assist with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and errands, and transportation to appointments and outings as specified in the care plan
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow written care plans
• observe and report changes in client condition
• maintain daily service records
• and attend orientation, training, and staff meetings.
