What you'll do

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and coordinate assigned team members. Monitor room status and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure room readiness. Inspect guest rooms and public areas, coach staff, and address recurring issues. Review staffing, schedules, payroll submissions, overtime, and labor productivity. Lead onboarding and training
• investigate escalated guest complaints
• oversee Lost and Found, safety practices, cleaning programs, supplies, equipment, linen controls, and departmental records.
