What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing and shaving

• perform light housekeeping
• provide hospice supportive care and medication reminders
• assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound care, and incontinence care
• use gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
