Resident Assistant — Night Shift

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral, hair, nail, and skin care
• support range of motion, turning, positioning, ambulation, and assistive devices
• assist with recreation and meals
• offer fluids every two hours unless otherwise indicated and document intake
• take and record vital signs, height, and weight
• change linens and maintain resident environments
• follow care plans and restorative procedures
• observe and report changes to the charge nurse
• document care
• uphold residents' rights and help prevent abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
